Shri Laxminarayan T Palod in 1950 in Jalgaon. We are one of the most reputed names in the field of supply chain management with presence in Jalgaon, Pune, Mumbai and Nagpur. Our logistics services are at the forefront and we provide supply chain solutions to the Pharmaceuticals and FMCG companies. We at Velocity are focussed and committed to provide the best supply chain solutions for our clients. We handle a turnover of Rs.800 crores per annum.

VELOCITY HISTORY

Velocity Supply chain is working under the aegis of Palod group. Our Chairman Mr.Sanjeev Palod converted the retail outlet in pharmaceutical distribution. It is being currently handled by his brother, Mr.Jagdish Palod and today is one the major distributors in Maharashtra. In 1996 Mr.Sanjeev Palod launched its C&FA operations in Pune in association with Bayer India and started their own infrastructure in Pune.

Mr.Nikhil Palod has pursued his MBA and has worked for DHL for a year in its Mumbai unit. In 2011 he joined Mr.Sanjeev Palod and since then has been handling some of the departments and clients of the company.

VELOCITY INFRASTRUCTURE

We have a self-owned constructed area of with handling cpapcity of 1000 sq.ft. to 4 lakh sq.ft.Currently 2,00000 sq.ft built up area in pune & 1,00000 sq.ft in Jalgaon.

We also have another 2,00000+ sq.ft of land area which is available for construction of warehouse as per the requirement.

At Velocity we have a daily report roundup. There is also a Saturday checklist Report and per monthly reports.
Our Quarterly list of activities includes self assessment report mails, appraisal forms, and motivational videos in depot.
Our employees are our assets! We also have some fun employee activities for our dedicated employees like star of the month, one function in alternate month, suggestion box, and professional training to packers
